Refund Policy

1. Applicability

This policy applies to unused session credits. All refunds must comply with the terms set out below. Where a session has been cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, please refer to our cancellation policy.

2. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

​

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, cancellation, or compensation if a service fails to meet consumer guarantees—such as not being provided with due care and skill, within a reasonable timeframe, or as described.

3. Refund Conditions

If you are not satisfied with our services, we can provide you with a different tutor or credit any unused funds towards a different service on our website.

​

If you no longer wish to use our services, or we are unable to provide you with a different tutor, we will provide you with a full refund for any unused and unscheduled sessions. You must notify us of your refund request within 30 calendar days of payment. 

Full refunds will not be issued for completed sessions where tutoring services have been provided.

We will review the refund request and advise you if you are entitled to a partial or full refund.

​

Once a refund (or addition of session credits) has been approved, it will be processed within 7 - 10 business days.

​

5. Exclusions under this Policy

​

The following are not eligible for a refund under this policy:

• Completed tutoring sessions where tutoring services have been provided as described and by a suitably qualified person.

• Tutoring sessions purchased under a package (e.g. 10 session package) where the refund request is due to change of mind.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (please refer to our cancellation policy).
