Personalised Tutoring Programs

Service Description

Our tutors are registered teachers who will assess your learning and design a tutoring program tailored to you and your unique goals. Personalised programs can be aligned to your school's curriculum, providing you with a tutoring program that complements the learning in the classroom. Your tutor will plan and deliver each tutoring session. You are not expected to bring your own resources or questions to these sessions, however homework and assessment support can be provided within the program. You should expect: - Your first session to include an assessment of your learning and a discussion with your tutor to determine your goals, strengths, interests, and areas where you are struggling. - A short report at the end of your first session outlining your tutoring program for the term. - Each session to be fully planned and delivered by a registered teacher. If you would like your program to complement the learning in the classroom, you will need to provide your tutor with the general term plan from your school for each of the subjects you would like to focus on. Add-ons available for this service: - A comprehensive written report at the end of the term tracking improvements, completed goals, and areas to focus on in the following term. - Weekly homework provided and checked by the teacher. - Assessment feedback, if requested outside of the tutoring session, will incur a fee of $30.
